SERVICES EXPLAINED

 

  • BIRTH DOULA SUPPORT PACKAGE - $1100

     Prior to birth you will have two (2) prenatal sessions with your doula to plan your dream birth, become comfortable with your doula and build confidence in yourself and your birth team. 24/7 on call support from 38 weeks gestation, text/call support throughout pregnancy. Your doula will be present in labor from the time of request until up to two (2) hours after birth of baby. Within the first two weeks postpartum, you will have two (2) scheduled visits to see how the transition with your new little bird is going, discuss any concerns, go over your labor and delivery, offer any support needed to include lactation and review your experience with me as your doula.

 

  • PAMPER ME PACKAGE - $1600

    Birth doula support package, plus two (2) daytime postpartum shifts not to exceed 8 hours each. Postpartum shifts are designed to ease the transition of your new little bird within your family. I provide things such as newborn care, light housekeeping, emotional support, sibling care, time to catch up on sleep, shower, errands, etc. Nighttime postpartum shifts are available for $35/hr.

  • POSTPARTUM MEAL PREP $175+

-        4 LARGE PORTIONED FREEZER MEALS (allergens, food preferences, etc. to be discussed beforehand)

  • PLACENTA ENCAPSULATION $250

  • IDK WHAT IM DOING! $150

        4 HOURS OF IN-HOME ASSISTANCE WITH ALL THINGS BABY. BREASTFEEDING, CARSEAT SAFETY, SAFE SLEEP, ‘BABY GADGETS’, BATHING BABY, ETC. IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS ABOUT ANYTHING TO DO WITH YOUR NEW LITTLE BIRD, WE WILL COVER IT! THIS CAN ALSO BE USED AS A GREAT REFRESHER COURSE FOR PARENTS WHO NEED A LITTLE “BRUSH UP” ON THE NEWBORN LIFE.

 

  • POSTPARTUM SUPPORT DAYSHIFT $32/HR OVERNIGHT $35/HR     

    THIS SERVICE CAN BE USED IN ANY CAPACITY. MOMS WEAR MULTIPLE HATS, WHICH CAN BE DIFFICULT TO DO WITH A NEWBORN. LET ME WEAR A FEW FOR YOU! HOUSEWORK? NEED A NAP? SIBLING CARE? ERRANDS NEEDING RAN? OVERNIGHT RELIEF? I LIKE TO TAILER THIS SERVICE TO WHATEVER YOU NEED HELP WITH. *4 hr minimum for overnight support

  • LACTATION SUPPORT $32/HR

    AS A LACTATION CERTIFIED DOULA, MY GOAL IS TO MAKE SURE YOU ARE WELL VERSED AND COMFORTABLE WITH FEEDING YOUR BABY. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS, CONCERNS, OR JUST NEED REASSURANCE WITH BREASTFEEDING YOUR BABY, I WOULD LOVE TO HELP! *video/phone call consults available
